今週わたしは体調が優れませんでした
先週の金曜日、マスクをしながら2時間話したのが良くなかったようです
部屋自体は涼しかったのですが、
水分補給を怠っていたかもしれません
帰ってきたら、貧血のようにかなりぐったりとしてしまいました。
炎天下の行動だけでなく、
部屋のなかでも注意したほうが良いようです。

しかし、おそらく、私はあまり水を飲まなかった。
帰りは、刃物を失ったような気分だった。
